My stay at Island Shangri-La was a mix of highs and lows. The guest service was truly really good, with staff like Ms. Daniela Sansone going above and beyond. However, I did encounter some issues, like the initial room preparations and the wait for amenities. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with magnificent views, but a few details could definitely use some attention.

My stay at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong was truly amazing. The team went above and beyond, especially with the thoughtful birthday surprises for my wife. While the pool was under renovation during my visit, the attentive service and luxurious dining options made up for it. I can't wait to return.

The amazing service from the staff, particularly the welcoming check-in by Juna and the surprise birthday cake for my wife, made it even more special.
